10 Torr distils its spirits under vacuum, a lower-temperature process the name itself refers to: 10 torr is a measure of vacuum pressure. Alongside the spirits, the team brews craft beer on site and pours both in the Mill Street taproom. Bottles and cans reach retail partners and ship to 48 states. Happy hour runs weekday afternoons.
