Silk Cafe & Bar is a husband-and-wife-run Vietnamese restaurant and bar in Sparks, opened in 2025. The kitchen covers Vietnamese comfort food, pho, fresh spring rolls and a sizzling wok menu, with a boba and specialty-coffee program and a craft cocktail bar. It sits on East Prater Way, in the Sparks dining strip east of Victorian Square.
