↳ From the owner
Liberty Food & Wine Exchange runs on a seasonal, local, fresh approach. The kitchen turns out small handcrafted plates, house-made pastas and breads, wood-fired pizza on a slow-fermented dough, sustainable fish, steaks and burgers, alongside an international wine selection and craft cocktails. An attached boutique market sells Liberty's own artisan meats, breads, pastas and sauces.

Absolute go-to
Genuinely one of the best in town. Service is warm, the room is great, the food/work earns the praise.

Solid, will return
Good experience, fair prices. Wait was longer than expected on a Tuesday but worth it.
